Sub Regional Junior Science & Humanities Symposium (JSHS)
Open to: Anyone with original data and research
Paper Deadline: Mid December
Place: Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School
Competition: If paper is selected, then you will present your work in a 12-minute power point presentation
You will compete against 7 other science research students in your selected category
If you win 1st place in your category you will present at SUNY Albany in March at Regional JSHS at SUNY Albany
If you win 2nd place in your category you will present a poster at SUNY Albany in March at Regional JSHS at SUNY Albany
Date: The last Saturday in January
Time: 8am-5pm
Regional Junior Science & Humanities Symposium (JSHS)
Open to: 1st place to powerpoint present and 2nd place will present a poster of their work from Sub-Regional JSHS
Competition: Those competing in poster competition will compete in different sessions presenting to different judges. Those competing in powerpoint will compete in one of 5 different room broken up by category. Competitors will present their 12-minute powerpoint presentation to three different judges and then answer questions for 5 minutes from those judges.

When: Mid-March
